Clustered Parishes
“As good stewards, we have an obligation to search out and implement
the best options for parish organization consistent with these realities and
the needs of our Catholic people.”
Archbishop
John J. Myers
“A cluster usually consists of three or four parishes that work
together in some areas of parish ministry. The parishes forming the cluster
remain separately incorporated but are yoked for joint efforts. Clustering
requires as much joint activity as is necessary to achieve true parish viability.”
New Energies is the Archdiocesan process of keeping Christ's
ministry alive and well throughout the archdiocese. The New Energies Taskforce a few years
ago clustered Notre Dame with 3 wonderful communities; please take the time to
check out what is transpiring at the other parishes in our cluster!
